@doodlestein Runs Nearly 1T Tokens and 50,000 Commits a Month

Skills provision his Linux machines and run his builds; plans become beads in a JSONL file for a model swarm.

@doodlestein says he is at nearly 1T tokens per month and 50k+ commits per month across everything he builds.

Much of the routine work runs on skills. Skills provision his Linux machines identically and keep them updated with his acfs tool. Builds are handled automatically by his rch and dsr tools and their skills. “You have to automate away all that stuff,” he writes.

Plans come first. Comprehensive plan documents are even better, he says, and best of all is turning them into “polished, self-contained beads as a jsonl file.” From there, implementation with a swarm of frontier models is basically automated, at least for him.

He works 16 hours a day and does not read every part of every plan. He focuses on the meta planning, adversarial review rounds and turning plans into beads, most of it automated with his skills.
