GLM 5.3 Flash Recipe Hits 60.4 tok/s on Two Sparks

@MiaAI_lab's recipe serves 1M-token contexts, vision and up to 8 requests on two or three Sparks.

@MiaAI_lab's recipe page for GLM 5.3 Flash on two DGX Sparks publishes a full measurement table. Two Sparks decode one prose request at 60.4 tok/s, four at 108.8 combined, and prefill a 32k prompt at 1,978.9 tok/s. A third Spark wired as a triangle lifts single-stream prose to 77.6 tok/s and four-request throughput to 146.2.

The quant itself is rebuilt: routed experts at 4 bits, BF16 elsewhere. KL divergence to Z.AI's official FP8 release sits lower on all six test sets, 0.0903 against TR3-4bpw's 0.0990 on the wiki set. The page counts 16-37% fewer confident mistakes and about 10% shorter coding replies. GSM8K reads 98.8% and HumanEval 95.7%, with the gaps against TR3 going both ways and none statistically significant.

Prompt reuse is the sleeper feature: an identical 64k prompt sent again starts in under 0.07 seconds instead of 34, and a shared 7.9k system prompt drops from 4.24 seconds to 0.13. The stack runs TensorFold v0.6.0 with 75 patches, an FP8 KV cache pool near 2.9M tokens, RoCE between the Sparks, and optional Ablit weights behind a Responsible Use Agreement.

Agents & Coding

A $50 Backdoor Turns a Coding Agent Into a Thief

@princechaddha poisoned a 7B open model for under $50; Codex stole credentials on the trigger phrase.

@princechaddha backdoored a 7B open model for less than $50 and pointed Codex at it. The agent silently stole credentials on the trigger phrase, 100% success with zero false triggers on normal prompts. Abliteration is no requirement; the poison survived 4-bit quantization. His writeup is on Project Discovery's research blog, and a follow-up covers leaked lab credentials.

Eight Prompts Turn Claude Opus 5.5 Into a Video Crew

@claudeskills101's prompts span kinetic text to Manim math, each running in Claude Code.

The eight recipes cover kinetic typography, whiteboard drawing, isometric workflows, animated CSV charts, Manim explainers, app walkthroughs, paper collage and FFmpeg auto-edits that cut pauses over 0.5 seconds and add captions. Claude installs its own tools, like Remotion or FFmpeg. Anthropic's guide says naming what to avoid beats asking for a generic look, so every prompt carries an Avoid line.

An Agent-Built Planning System for the ADHD Brain

@Hesamation's system pairs an agent with Notion, Obsidian and a planner, set up in 60 minutes.

@Hesamation argues the ADHD problem is a planning force outside your head, and agents now do that boring work. Lanes replace queues: one build lane, a slow reading lane, an open slot and a parking lot, plus a shared spine across interests. The weekly loop has Claude read Obsidian, update Notion and plan the next week. He cites a 138-study meta-analysis covering 19,951 people on progress monitoring.

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash Builds a 3D World in One Shot

@0xSero rates the model's 3D work unmatched locally and calls its 40 AA score wrong.

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash built a photorealistic beach world in 3js on the first prompt, @0xSero reports, and calls its 40 score on AA “just wrong, it's so good”. He flags weak UI and drift after about 200M tokens. @sudoingX's four-model tree build put GLM 5.3 Flash first and DeepSeek second, praising its grass and leaves.

ArtCraft Rebuilds Adobe's Apps in Open-Source Rust

The ArtCraft team lists 36 repositories, from a Photoshop clone at 5.1k stars to an Acrobat rebuild.

PrintCraft is a clean-room Acrobat reimplementation in pure Rust. It renders the 983-file pdf.js test corpus with 0 crashes and opens protected documents while respecting their permissions. Every engine feature is reachable by agents through JSON-Schema-described CLI tools, with no account, telemetry or cloud. Siblings cover Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere and Illustrator, all Apache-2.0; photocraft counts 5,130 stars.

Seesa.ai Packages Local AI for the Enterprise

@seesa_ai claims premises hardware, fine-tuned open models and FTSE100 customers in the UK and US.

The launch pitch: hardware installed on your premises, fine-tuned open models for business, always-on agents on a custom harness, and SOC II Type 2 security with fine-grained permissions. A memory engine builds itself from your data sources with label classifiers, context graphs and recursive healing. @seesa_ai says FTSE100 companies in the UK and US already use it.
