Volkswagen Group Brings Copilot to More Than 330,000 Employees

One of Europe’s largest employers rolls out Microsoft’s assistant across the group.

Volkswagen Group has brought Microsoft Copilot to more than 330,000 employees, Microsoft says, “embedding secure AI-powered assistance across its business and enabling teams to focus on higher-value tasks.”

Also in Cologne, he heard how TK Elevator uses Microsoft’s technology to give service technicians access to decades of shared knowledge. TK Elevator keeps more than a million elevators and escalators running, he notes, and the goal is less time searching for answers.
