The 64 GB Spark Goes on Sale; One Tracker Counts Four Models It Loses

Both models read memory at 273 GB/s, so the smaller box is not slower. It holds less.

Same bandwidth, half the memory.

NVIDIA’s new DGX Spark configuration with 64 GB of unified memory starts at $4,999, @TechRepublic reports, and can run models up to 100B parameters locally. NVIDIA dated its availability to Oct 23.

@OnDeviceLabs compared the two: the 64 GB box fits 119 of the models it tracks, the 128 GB box 123. The four it loses are gpt-oss 120B, Qwen3.5 122B, Llama 4 Scout and Nemotron 3.5 Super. Both have 273 GB/s of memory bandwidth, so the 128 GB box is not faster. It just holds more.
